This is a stunning fit and flare sundress with classic style. It has horizontal pleats on the bodice and vertical pleats on the crisp Navy skirt. The bottom is trimmed with very wide red grosgrain ribbon and a thinner white one. It is fully lined for extra fullness. This dress is in VGUC or better. The little spot visible on the top (see photo) is a piece of darker thread that moves around between the layers of the stitched pleat. I only noticed it when I had it under photography lights. This is a highly sought after dress for the 4th of July and other patriotic festivities.
